This home is situated on a large lot backing up to a lake at the rear most of the property. The owners really enjoy the location and privacy. They had investigated buying a new home but decided they were better off investing in their existing home. The owners had seen another cape style home that we had converted into a two story. They came to us to explore the possibilities of converting their home into a 2-story home of distinction. We have made the home 8 feet deeper, added a 2nd floor, 2 story foyer and covered porches. Then we added a large Master bedroom suite on the right with their sitting area off the rear. The crowning touch was residing the home with a hard coat stucco adding a stone foundation and plenty of trim details.
