Looking to the future when the home owners may not be able to negotiate the steps to the master bedroom on the second floor they needed a 1st floor master suite.

The Jordans wanted to keep the budget as low as possible and did not need a lot of extra space. What they did ask for was an extra large roll-in shower with a seat and a linen closet in the new bath.

The original home did not have enough closet space hence they requested a large walk-in closet. The new master bedroom is comfortable 17'-0" x 13'-6" allowing ample space for furniture placement. The end result was an easy to construct project that matched the original homes style and surpassed the owners expectations.
