The existing home is on a one of a kind lovely multi acre home site overlooking a large beautiful creek. Originally the owners were looking to add much needed space including a master bedroom on the left side of the home and a larger garage on the right near the existing one. This arrangement did not take advantage of the great view of the creek on the right side of the home or the driveway entering from the left. We exceeded their expectations when we created a unique design that gave the owners everything they were looking to achieve and as a bonus their master bedroom would now overlook the creek.
