Henn Addition
The first objective of the home owners was to preserve the original style. We needed to be sure the addition looked like it was a part of the original home, not an addition. Careful attention to details, roof lines and room placement achieved our goal.

Jordan Addition
Looking to the future when the home owners may not be able to negotiate the steps to the master bedroom on the second floor they needed a 1st floor master suite.
The Jordans wanted to keep the budget as low as possible and did not need a lot of extra space. What they did ask for was an extra large roll-in shower with a seat and a linen closet in the new bath.

Parrish Addition
1st place award "Excellence in Remodeling"
The homeowner desired an accessible in-law suite with a private living room allowing for her parents to move in and enjoy a secluded retreat yet still be close to the family. The existing kitchen was located at the rear of the home. In order to accommodate the additional family members, the kitchen needed to be enlarged and moved.

Shumaker Addition
The homeowners loved the location of their existing home it just was not large enough to accommodate their needs. If they were to do the addition it must match the look of the original home and not have the appearance of being an addition. They wanted a new master suite, family room, kitchen, screened porch, garage and a new covered front porch. We achieved all of their requests and more. The site had enough height difference to also give the owners a new walkout basement from the rear of the home.
