Master Suite in existing garage in Chester
This couple enjoyed their location and hence did not want to move.
The problem was their home was lacking many of the modern amenities. The closet in their master bedroom was small,
the bath was to tiny to remodel to have a whirlpool tub and a roll in shower. The washer and dryer was stuffed into a closet,
but the homeowners wanted a laundry room. It also helped having the laundry room near the master bedroom.
The owners also wanted a large pantry since the kitchen was lacking storage
space.
