This home, located in the Meadows, was brought to us by Ensminger Architecture as a conceptual design. Our job was to turn the 1/8” floor plans and rough elevations into buildable, accurate working drawings while maintaining the original concepts. As you look through the pictures, you’ll notice the many roof levels, detailed cornices, interior details and dormers peeking through roofs. All of these had to be carefully detailed so that construction could proceed in a timely manner. The permitting process went through without question. During the framing process, there was only one question, due to a field change, which was handled easily. Ensminger Architecture uses SD&D Designs exclusively for all new construction working drawings as in his words “ their plans are bullet proof”
